Design 4 Space - Services

• Colour consultations
The colour consultation will help the client achieve the look they are after by advising the client of the best colour combinations, colour effects and textures and where are the best locations. (this is for both internal and external and generally takes one hour) colour boards and sample pots are extra.

$132.00 for inside CBD and $210.00 for outside –the CBD and $120.00 every hour after that

(All other services including interior, styling, interior decorating, interior design, project management and water features needs to be priced individually according to the size of the project.)

• Interior consultations
design4space will-come to your space and will provide a general plan of action-for creating the space you will love. This service is invaluable for the budding renovator for utilising the space you have in the best possible way. This service generally takes one hour and is based on an hourly rate.

$132.00 for inside CBD and $210.00 for outside –the CBD and $120.00 every hour after that.

A colour consultation and interior consultation can be combined for $264.00 within CBD please call for a price outside CBD (around a 2 hour consultation)

• Interior styling
We strive to create a look for you to gain the highest possible price when you are selling your property. This service can be provided with existing furniture or we can furnish the whole or part of a property with beautiful furniture to create a stunning visual for the prospective buyer.

This service has to be individually priced.

• Interior decorating and interior design
for residential, commercial and retail
design4space specialises in this field. We can transform any property into a beautiful space that will be adored From the minimalistic through to the luxurious contemporary and from the classic contemporary through to the French provincial or adding a little spice with the Asian influences. We will design the space through the sourcing of custom designed furniture, lighting, fabrics, window coverings, paint colours and effects right through to one off homeware pieces to compliment the new look. (we, at design4space have designed our own soft furnishings range and artworks to ensure individuality from property to property)

Design4space can also redesign the entire layout of a home working from the beginning with the architect from the first stages to ensure that both the interior and the design of the property work in harmony. Design4space will design the layouts of the bathrooms (including designing of joinery, including vanities) sourcing of all accessories, ass well as the layout and design of the kitchen. Design4space will also source and do a layout plan of the lighting, and create stunning visual boards for qall finishes including floors, windows, and joinery. Included in our price are 3d perspectives so the client is able to visual the finished product.

This service has to be individually priced.

Not only can design4space design the internals we can also design the external with beautiful and unusual water features and sculptures. We at design4space feel the space should flow from the inside right through to the outside so there is a seamless line. There are endless designs, materials, textures, colours and sizes as well as different ways of installation eg freestanding or built in so whatever your needs are design4space will ensure we meet them for you.
